The SUTRA Of "Everything is happening at the same time"

Updated: Sep 5

Imagine you plan to leave your house at 10:00 AM to go to the coffee shop. As you focus on this intention—leaving precisely at 10:00 AM—you set the wheels in motion to manifest that reality.

Your attention anchors you to that specific timeline, and when 10:00 AM arrives, you find yourself stepping out the door, fulfilling your plan.

However, life isn’t always so straightforward. Distractions, shifting priorities, or a momentary lapse in awareness can cause your focus to waver.

Perhaps you lose track of time, or something unexpected captures your attention. In that instant, another version of reality, one where you leave the house at 11:00 AM instead, begins to take hold.

Unnoticeably to you, this alternate timeline subtly influences your actions. You might start feeling unexplainably delayed or distracted, leading you to leave an hour later than intended.

Often, you might not even realize why your plans changed—you simply find yourself heading out the door at 11:00 AM instead.

The key idea here is that all possible outcomes—whether you leave at 10:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM, or any other time—already exist within a vast spectrum of realities.

Each potential action you could take is like a thread in a layer of infinite possibilities. Depending on when you choose to act, the entire landscape around you shifts accordingly.

If you leave the house at 10:00 AM, you encounter certain people, see specific cars on the road, and experience events that are unique to that timeline.

The moment you choose a different time, say 1:00 PM, a completely different set of experiences unfolds—new faces, new interactions, a new version of the world.

This phenomenon suggests that reality is not fixed but fluid, constantly adapting to the choices we make.

Every decision we take, no matter how small, influences the world we experience. In essence, you are not merely moving through a static world; you are actively co-creating it with every thought and action.

The concept of parallel realities posits that multiple versions of Earth—and by extension, your life—exist simultaneously.

This is why the SUTRA 2 of my Reality Creation teaching says, "Everything is happening at the same time. You are observing as you are being observed."

Each version is shaped by different choices and intentions. The power to navigate these realities lies in your ability to focus your mind and intentions.

When you maintain a clear and sustained focus on a particular outcome, you essentially 'lock in' that version of reality.

Your attention acts as a beacon, drawing you towards the experiences and events aligned with your chosen path.

Masters of reality are those who have honed the skill of intentional focus. They understand that by carefully choosing where to direct their attention and holding onto that focus, they can shape the world around them to align with their desires.

They are not at the mercy of random events or distractions but instead create their own version of reality through deliberate intention and long-term observation.

In practice, this means that if you wish to experience a specific reality—such as leaving your house at 10:00 AM and encountering positive experiences on your journey—you must maintain your focus on that intention.

If distractions arise, as they often do, the key is to gently redirect your attention back to your original plan. Over time, with practice, you can become more adept at staying in your chosen reality, experiencing life as you wish to shape it.

Ultimately, this principle invites us to consider the profound impact our thoughts and intentions have on the world we experience.

It challenges us to take an active role in creating our reality, reminding us that every moment is a choice between different paths, each leading to a different version of our life.
